The most controversial World Cup in recent history is about to start.
Gianni Infantino, Fifa president, recently declared:
I feel 200 percent in control of this World Cup.

FIFA is 200 percent in control of the World Cup, Budweiser is 300 percent happy with beer being banned two days before the tournament started, and LGBT attendees are 400 percent welcome and safe in Qatar.
I have heard from friends that a lot of supporters plan on staying in Dubai due to more relaxed rules, and will only travel to Qatar for attending the games.
